    We had a wonderful experience here on our date night. The food was good. The steak was flavorful. Our waiter, Keith, was very kind and helpful. We would eat here again.

    Food itself was very good once they got it right. My wife wanted the bacon that comes with the Filet well done and on the side, they didn’t do it well done. Unfortunately, I am a picky eater. I asked for no green onions or tomatoes on my pasta and they did not fill that request. After sending it back, the manager brought the dish to me and said “we made you up a brand new one” but they didn’t, they just took the tomatoes and onions off. Which is fine for me because it’s not an allergy, but there were still a few green onions and tomatoes in the sauce that they missed, so if it had been an allergy it could’ve been bad. The dish was $22 and they comped $40. Food was great, I won’t hold it against them, and I will be back, but they should be more careful in the future.

    We were there to celebrate a birthday and there was little interaction with our waiter. When we ordered drinks mine came much later and even when I had dessert, I had nothing to drink with it. My water was empty for most of the night so little coaching on being attentive would be great. I am not sure if you give a dessert for birthday to customer but was charged for it so overall not the experience we have had in the past. Happy to discuss if manager wants to call me at (704) 650-3542.

    Love going to Firebirds and it’s very convenient as it’s right in Birkdale and a quick drive. The food and appetizers are always on point. Now they have tables for customers who don’t have a reservation. That was an awesome thing to come up with to make customers feel welcomed.

    Jordan was an awesome server!!!! She handled our table as well as my daughter and her friends who were on the patio. She was knowledgeable and honest and gave the best suggestions. The manager (pink/red heart sweater) checked on us twice!!!! The male hostess volunteered to take out photos..... The bartender was one of the best!!!! Great staff Awesome experience
