   We had a wonderful experience here! Our waitress, Mary, was excellent and attentive and helpful! The chicken and salmon and steaks our table ordered were done to perfection. Highly recommend Firebirds wood fired grill to anyone.

   This was our first dining experience at Firebirds.  We both ordered fillet mignon, medium. Next time, we will try, medium, rare, as medium, barely had any pink to the meat.  overall, the steak had a very good flavor, our server was very nice, the noise level of the booth we were in was at a level that we could hear each other easily. We look forward to our next visit.

   We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. We were just there for soup and BLT salad (our favorite). The salad was amazing, as always. The soup was not very hot, but the flavor was as expected. All in all, it was a great experience.

   Fantastic. Issue with temp on one of the steaks and it was fixed no problem. Waitress was phenomenal. Manager was fantastic.

   I got the $39.95 3 course meal that a New York Strip steak was the entree. The steak was cooked properly but it was tough and had no marbling. I was offered to get a different steak but after finding out the meat was from Australia I declined. They did credit $25 towards my bill. I don't know why they wouldn't buy meat locally where you can get great meats.

   Our server was attentive and great! Food was good. The ranch rings are amazing! There was a large group next to us that was super loud.

    Had a family lunch on a Sunday for four adults and two children. The restaurant was freezing!! Even the men, who wore sweaters, stated how cold it was the entire two hours we were there. The crab & eggs meal was disappointing per both gentlemen. I requested warm chicken on my Cobb salad, and it was cold. My granddaughter’s Chilean sea bass was to her liking. Even though it didn’t seem that the restaurant was overly busy, we often had empty glasses with nothing to drink. The check with tip was $200 (no alcoholic beverages). We did not complain regarding the issues experienced. Our goal was to enjoy the time with my family and share presents. Won’t select this location for our next gatherings.
