   Chloe was the best server! Tomahawk pork chop was outstanding as well as bread and carrots. My husband had the special drink--Honey Bear. It was outstanding!

   I ALWAYS come to firebirds and chose to come here for my birthday dinner. Last night was by far the WORST experience I have ever encountered. The caesar dressing was sour, food was either overcooked or cold, glasses from the bar were dirty, I didn’t get my birthday dessert, etc. Last night put a damper on me ever returning.

   We had the worst tasting steaks we have ever had tonight. We do not intend to come back.

   My waitress Carmelia was WONDERFUL! She really spent time with me so that I would have the best experience! The only down point was when I had asked another waitress (older, dyed, dark brown hair) if you take Apple Pay. She said that the restaurant does take Apple Pay, but she seemed really irritated that I asked her a question. I saw her when I first came into the restaurant and the vibe from her was just “off”. But the food was wonderful and as I mentioned, talking with Canelia was wonderful. Wish I had time to come back again, I’m currently visiting from SoCal and my schedule is packed. So glad that I made it into Firebirds.

   Food was not good at all the wings was the only thing that was great to me. Waiter had low tone voice and seem like she didn’t want to be bothered honestly. I will not be going back here again

   To start with we were a party of 3 and was set at a table that was in the middle of a lot that was going on. The people who worked there had trouble getting around because the table was placed awkwardly. We asked several times to be moved to a booth, we were dismissed 2x before the 3rd we were placed at a booth. The waitress Kim was inattentive, didn’t ask how the food was, didn’t ask if we needed anything, had to ask her several times for things. The food was horrible, the fries had too much grease and the burgers lacked flavor. My aunt asked Kim for bread several times, in which she responded it’s baking. When we seen several waiters/ waitresses coming out with bread right after. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. First time there and definitely will be my last.

   The food , the cocktails ( especially the strawberry margaritas) and the atmosphere was great . Fast service , the appetizers and entrees didn’t take long at all ! Just loved everything will definitely be back again soon !

   This is the 3rd time my husband and I have gone. The past two times have been excellent. But, this last time we went wasn’t pleasant. Normally, our service is great as well. We’re offered plenty of bread the other two times, not this time. Also my asparagus was extremely undercooked. I could not eat it at all. My husband did not care for his either. His mashed potatoes tasted like sweet potatoes and he didn’t not care for the onion rings either. The food was very unpleasant this go round and wasn’t worth the money to us.
