   Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was an excellent way to celebrate my birthday. The staff is welcoming. The service was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and attended. More importantly, the food was excellent. I loved that they surprised me with a candle on my dessert, and it was low-key. The creme Brule cheesecake is AMAZING!!!

   Food was good but the menu has no descriptions. The chicken tortilla soup comes with a glob of sour cream. I wish I had known.
