   Disappointed in the filets. One of them was overcooked and tough. They remade it and the 2nd one was even tougher. Mine was OK, but I wouldn't say it was as good or as tender as even Longhorn. Nice restaurant nd atmosphere. Service was good, but slow. Just disappointing that the quality of steaks weren't as expected.

   Ate lunch at 2pm. The restaurant was not very busy. Everything was great except the food this time. I had the fish tacos and unfortunately they were cold and the shell for one taco was almost burnt. The other two were very crispy. I try everyone's fish tacos, these were hands down the worst I have ever had. My last visit I had the shrimp and grits, which was very good. I will continue to eat at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to try other dishes that look good to determine my favorite.

   I had the salmon eggs Benedict and it was yummy! I added a squeeze of lemon juice and it was perfect.

   It was our first time there. It was a very noisy place. We had to sit beside each other rather than across just so we could hear each other. They got my order wrong and cooked medium well instead of medium rare as I ordered. They did cook me a new one. My wife’s steak was a ribeye which mostly was inedible due to thick fat throughout the entire piece. It was not the savory flavor adding fat it was more like gristle. They took our steak knife with the bread and we had to ask twice to get it back so we could cut the steak. For what we paid, it failed in all areas.

   This place is amazing. We have gotten the three course option twice now and have had no regrets. The combination of the Caesar salad, the honey-garlic chicken, and the creme-brulee cheesecake ended up as the perfect meal with extra leftovers I was glad to take home. Both the service and the food is perfect.

   Ordered the ribeye with garlic butter, mashed potatoes and a Caesar Salad. Steak cooked to right temperature. Wife ordered the salmon with a baked potato and the 5 layer lemon cake. All in all great meal. Definitely will be back soon!

   We love Firebirds. We’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. The food is always amazing and definitely worth the price. We had outstanding service tonight and the ambiance was great. We will be back often.

   This was our first time at Firebirds. Savannah was an amazing waitress. My daughter and I we celebrating a late Valentine's Day mother daughter brunch. We both chose items from the brunch menu. Shrimp and Grits were good, I expected a little more spice. My daughter had the crabcakes w/poched eggs and potatoes. They were really good but a little cold. We both had the strawberry/peach mimosas, which were outstanding!! We received a Valentine's Day card signed by all the servers, a nice touch! We will definitely go again, looking forward to trying other items from the menu.

    Great ambience, good service, and reasonable prices. My son’s steak was a little tough and the chicken tortilla soup was not quite hot. The rest of the food was excellent.
