   Ordered the Caesar salad - it had shaved cheese that looked like it had been dried for a few weeks. Could not break it with fork. Then a medium prime rib came out well done. Asked for a Medium (pink) piece and server said it was pink in the middle. We cut into it and it was so tough it was hard to cut even with their sharp steak knife. So it went back and they brought a piece of rare (almost mooing) and called it medium. Sent that back. So they offered to get me a rib eye steak which was ok but a little tough. If these pieces of meat are aged 20 days I’ll eat my hat. They gave me a complimentary drink. Overall not a nice experience. Server tried her best. Won’t be getting any beef from here ever again. Portion sizes are large if you are hungry.

   We always have a pleasant dining experience at Firebirds. Our server, Betsy was pleasant and attentive to helping us. The food quality and value is reasonable for us.

   Firebirds is an enjoyable restaurant. Service was good and we got everything we needed. I got the pre fix Prime Rib and it was delicious. I enjoyed the Alex’s Lemonade that donation is made.

   The food in the Montgomeryville location is always delicious! I’ve been to collegeville and it’s not cooked as well (overcooked). Assunta our server was outstanding! I can count on quality food at Firebirds!

   Waitress Courtney was very attentive. Disappointments were in slow bar service & cold soup of the day, which was very tasty when corrected $ served hot.

   This was a lunch date with a ex coworker that I hadn’t seen in a while. I arrived late but called ahead to advise and everything was fine. The person I was meeting was already there waiting at the bar.. I requested a booth and had to wait about 8minutes. The waitress was very uninviting, appeared annoyed. As I stated we hadn’t seen each other in an awhile so we were a bit chatty before looking at the menus.. although the restaurant was barely filled this seemed to annoy her that we were not ready to order when she was ready to take the order. I ask that she give us about 3 minutes, she returned in 12 minutes. I ordered the perfect pair of cheese burger and Caesar salad. I don’t think I have ever had a worst burger in my entire 60 years on this earth.. It didn’t even taste like beef.. It taste like what you think a dog food patty would taste like with smoke. Awful.. nasty.. I cut it into quarters and only had 1 bite out of 1 quarter and was done. The salad was fine . Nothing special. My coworker had the chicken and salad with no complains, but no compliments either. When I expressed that I didn’t like the burger she told me that she had been her years prior and the food wasn’t good. She said when I suggested it she was hoping that it had improved. It has not in her opinion. I will also not be returning and was thankful for the 10.00 off coupon because I would have rather not paid for that food at all. Nice clean venue… atmosphere was nice but what I came for was the food and that was the worst..

   The food was excellent! Quick service. Slightly noisy neighbors. Restaurant does not highlight birthdays.

    Food was good even after the restaurant lost power. Some dishes came out warm and sides cold but they maked it right
