   We frequent firebirds often and usually love our visit. Tonight is fell flat all around. Our server was not engaging, disappeared for long periods of times that left drinks empty, we had to ask for things that didn’t come out with our meals. And the one steak was cooked wrong however she was no where to be found to advise until it was too late.

   As stated in my last review, the bar is always slow. Our server even pointed out that it was slow on this occasion. Tonight, everything was slow. I ordered the filet, and I think I got a strip steak. Even it they butterflied it, that wouldn't explain the thickness, or lack thereof. It was also undercooked. Things were so slow, it wasn't even worth sending it back.

   Service was not up to the level we are accustomed to at Firebirds. It appears they are short of staff, or we got a new waitperson. We sat for a long time before staff saw we weren't being waited on. We were ready to order drinks and food immediately. It went downhill from there since we rarely saw our waitperson. It took close to an hour for the food to show up at the table. We had the bill taken care of before any dishes were cleared. We will definitely return since we enjoy the ribs and stuffed potato.

   Service is still spotty. I sat for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement until I called a manager who started serving me and ended up with two servers attending to me. The food was not prepared as I requested, but it was good enough to consume and I did not send it back. I will give them another chance and hope my next experience is better than today.

   This is our typical go to restaurant. The service is always great. Well trained and friendly wait staff. Last evening my husband's steak was overcooked. This is the first time this has happened. It has always been perfect in the past. The situation was corrected quickly with a new steak and we were not charged for that entree. The Double Black Diamond Martini is a favorite as well1

   We have been to this restaurant several times and although the service can be a little slow the food and drinks are good! This last time was not. Our food took forever and when it came it was cold. We happen to run into friends that night that said the same thing. They did speak to the manager and he said he knew the food was coming out cold. I don't know if we'll be going back unless things improve there.

   Dominic took very good care of us. The place was very energetic ( ‘tis the season ) and kept our server very busy. He was still very attentive to us. Good food & friendly staff . Sweet girl at the front desk/door with a cheerful goodbye.

   Unfortunately this time it was not that good as my wife's steak and lobster tail were too chewy and uneatable. We have always had good meals there in the past. The manager came over and she was very nice about the whole ordeal. They did not charge us for her meal and asked her if she wanted anything else but we said no. Having family in the restaurant business you never know what they would do to your food if ever there is a complaint.
