   Carrots were not cooked enough and also came with cheese, which was not stated on the menu and the steak was tough

   My husband and I and a good friend had dinner at Firebirds in North Wales today. It was our first time there and we could not have enjoyed it more. The atmosphere was very nice. Our waiter was very attentive and personable. The food was very good. We had filet mignon, prime rib and a cheeseburger. We all totally enjoyed our food and dessert. It was the best filet I have had in a very long time. We will be back for certain and will not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for a good experience.

   My appetizer and my entree were perfection. The pace of the meal was a bit rocky. I was disappointed in the dessert - Bananas Foster bread pudding. It lack flavor, to me.

   Always a good experience.Food is very good. One thing I notice there were no holiday decorations at all in the resturant or outside.

   The waitress was very slow. Had to wait for a mixed drink. Had to wait for the bread to come asked for lemon and our water had to wait for that. Had to wait for refills on our drinks not very happy at all.

    Food was tasty but not served very warm. Some sides came out cold. Waiter was very nice and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Service was poor to fair at best, server appeared to have too many tables. Beverage service from bar was extremely slow. Much more expensive than the $$ dollar signs open table assigned to them. $17 for cheesesteak eggrolls that amounted to 4 pieces is overpriced.
