   The overall experience was just OK. The food was good but not nothing that made me feel I needed to rush back. The servers were good. For the price point I just feel like there are several better options around the city.

   Where do I begin with Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. Today had reservations for brunch, however when my friend arrived earlier the hostess said the restaurant wasn’t serving brunch today. She obviously hadn’t been informed there would be brunch served on Friday. How is that management doesn’t properly inform employees so that they didn’t mislead customers. Strike one. It was finally established that there was brunch - Now on to my order of French toast. It arrived and I requested syrup. Was informed that FBWFG doesn’t have syrup for their French toast- it doesn’t need it! Well you know that did it for me. The manager came by and eventually comped my selection. I appreciate that he understood some people do care for syrup. I’m afraid this is the last time I will dine at FBWFG. I’ve had several issues almost every time I’ve been there- incorrect food order, slow indifferent service and just basic incompetence. It’s too bad as I do like the food and have tried several different things but now I’m just not satisfied and I can’t come back.

    Started with the manager calling me and asking me if we were going to make our reservation. After we had been seated for at least 10 min. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was extremely cold. The cooks overcooked my steak and I had to send it back.
