Started with the manager calling me and asking me if we were going to make our reservation. After we had been seated for at least 10 min. The service was extremely slow. The restaurant was extremely cold. The cooks overcooked my steak and I had to send it back.

Good food and good service. Hard to beat. We were there on Vet's day and are thankful for Firebird's recognition of Vets.

Ryan was phenomenal in his delivery of service even with this being Veterans Day and such a busy night. As we were waiting to be served I just scanned the room watching the waitress interaction with the customers and facial expressions of the customers. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. That being said, the waitress were definitely doing their job well. The food was on point along with the atmosphere! One of my favorite spots! Whenever I invite someone out to eat from church, this is the spot.

We made an early reservation for Veterans Day special. They offered a free meal for my husband a Vietnam Veteran. We were seated on patio. Our waiter was over extended. By 6:15 every table was full. The restaurant did not seem to be prepared. Our food came warm not hot. We waited 35 minutes for our desert. Asked twice about it the waiter was frustrated and stated they were very busy. The manager told us twice he would check on it but didn't. We were there almost 2 hours and took our desert home. Not the special meal I had planned

The last time we were here before tonight, the fiodcc vs and service was awful. Prior we had always had a nice experience. We almost didn’t come tonight but glad we did. Food and service was much improved. The only thing off was the scalloped potatoes - cooked in too hot an oven and the outside was burnt and the inside not cooked through and was served room temp.

Greetings nonexistent, first time visit and host was not organized . Chicken was a bit overdone and blue filet lacking sauce
