   I made a reservation for my daughter’s 19th birthday for seven people at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, two weeks in advance. Upon arrival, a large party was occupying our table, and we weren't seated until 8:15 PM—45 minutes late. We didn’t see a server until 8:30 PM. The manager apologized and offered two free appetizers, and while we appreciate that, the delay still impacted our evening. The table was awkwardly placed by the entrance, with multiple different sized tables just pushed together, haphazardly, and cold air kept blowing in. The food was mostly good if not great, though one filet was overcooked-we didn’t mention it since we had already gotten off to a bad start. Our server, Jay, was great, but overall, the experience was disappointing. I’d warn others making large reservations to ensure their table is available on time.

   We had a great time. We were very impressed with the atmosphere. The food was amazing. Mike was our waiter and was very knowledgeable of the menu and what to expect with the food. Definitely going to ask for him to be our waiter when we return.

   Five of us enjoyed lunch on Tuesday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our food, especially the soup and BLT salad. We highly recommend Firebirds wood fired grill. This group of women meet here once a month and we enjoy the big round booth for conversation. Love the fact we can make our reservation on Open Table.

   My family of 4 went for my husband and my anniversary, which I had noted on the reservation. Everyone was so friendly and telling us “Happy Anniversary”, which made us feel special. The server also presented us with a card and a free dessert. It’s the little things that a lot of places don’t do that matter the most. We had a great experience!

   I've been to this location twice with my family and we've had Jay as our server both times. He's such a kind individual. Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. His service is 100%. The scenery is beautiful inside/out, great location, delicious food, and overall a great experience.

   I have been here for lunch, brunch, and dinner. I have set at the bar alone, been in large groups, small parties, and special occasions. They always deliver with excellent food, good service, and fair prices. I’ve sampled nearly the entire menu and have yet to be disappointed. Firebirds is definitely one of my favorites places to eat.

   Great food, one of my favorite places in the city! Service was good, we were out with friends for the evening and there were mistakes on drink orders and the bill…food was delicious and timely, but requests for follow up on additional items was missed. It was a busy Saturday night, so not a huge deal, just annoying. Will be back because the food is amazing!

   We dined at Firebirds for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. From the special floral arrangement on the table to the signed anniversary card at the end of our meal, it was all wonderfully done. Ocean was our server, he was very attentive and polite. The food was delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the portions were generous.

    Birthday lunch for friend. Loved the atmosphere, food was great and our waiter was so attentive. Birthday girl even got a free dessert! Yummy
