We have really enjoyed the food here in the past, & selected Firebirds to celebrate 2 birthdays. The server appeared to be inexperienced. She was pleasant enough but had to check on several of our questions. Her checking back with our foursome after the food was delivered was cursory at best—a “flyby” as we have come to call it. She left so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to tell her that my mashed potatoes were cold & my carrots were undercooked. I ended up bringing over half my dinner home where I could heat it up & finish cooking the carrots. Others in our party said their steak & salmon were good, & the desserts were great.

I have been to Firebirds frequently. I always thought the food was "okay." Last night, I had their Firebirds Chicken Pasta and it was fantastic! I will return simply to enjoy that meal again.

The staff really worked hard on Veterans Day which was appreciated. The good was excellent.

Dined at Firebirds yesterday. My baby back ribs were fall off the bone excellent. My wife's Chilean Sea Bass, not so much. Generous fish portion, but it tasted like fish oil, so maybe not so fresh. She also did not care for the sauce which overpowered the entree. In fairness and credit to the restaurant, they did not charge us for that entree. The food here is usually consistently excellent, so maybe a one-off experience with the fish.

Food was very good although my steak which I requested medium rare was medium, but still great tasting. My wife ordered two strawberry margaritas, not sure what the second drink was.
