   Service was the worst we've ever had here and we've visited several times in the past. Long wait to order food, had to ask twice for a condiment, long wait to check, was never asked to refill beverages and then had server tell me we were his last table as he was going home as soon as we signed our check but he stood at our table until we completed it. I had a gift card and even after giving it to him I had to remind him a second time to apply it.

   Had a great meal and a wonderful Experience. They need to light up the firebirds signs outside. From the street (Mills) , They look like they are closed

   We have been to the Mills 50 location in Orlando several times. The servers have always been polite and our food has always been tasty and well prepared. We feel Firebird’s Wood Fired Grill is always a pleasant experience at a reasonable price for good food.

   The entrance was nice and the whole restaurant was bigger than expected. They could use a little music. It was noisy with so many people there that night. They could improve on organization and better management. With that many people I suppose they were understaffed. This isn’t a new restaurant so they should be prepared I think. We had a steak that was overcooked then it took a long time to get it back and then it was over salted. No manager came over just the waiter but, I didn’t eat it and he didn’t say or offer anything else. Never refilled water or drinks except 1 drink. Another drink was never touched and he never asked if we liked it or if something was wrong. Too many tables for him to handle.

   Lovely restaurant. Had a reservation, waited 20 min. My entree and my husband’s was fine. Our friends, not so much . Service was poor. We had to ask for bread and water. BLT salad was delicious. We ordered the 3 course special which was a great value and upgraded to the filet for 10.00. My husband had the salmon, he enjoyed it.

   Reservations for 7 and didn’t get sat until 7:30. Other than that food was good

    First off I was disappointed after ordering the Prime Rib . The waitress informed me that they were out prime rib. I came specifically for that. I ended up ordering the rib eye enhanced with Blue cheese and port mushrooms. It was excellent for the replacement to my desired prime rib😞I had the deviled eggs as my appetizer it was superb. Overall the food was very good , my waitress was engaging and informative. It was a good dining experience.
