Service was good, the server was attentive and nice. Drinks were mediocre and watered down. The ambiance was fair, music was just a little too loud and the selection of music was terrible. The food was just ok, for the price you pay, food was luke warm and not seasoned all that well. Crab cakes had no flavor, the bacon on my filet was soggy, and there was a hair in my salad. It was a busy night but that should not be an excuse!!!

This was my first time there & it was great! The food was awesome & our server was too nice. We will definitely be back!

Great service and food. We had the Prime Rib and it was excellent. We were seated as soon as we arrived at our reservation time and Herb was an attentive server.

The wings were good. Tasted like billiards bar wings for comparison. Caesar salad was very good! The au gratin potatoes were pathetic. They were prepared like a cheesy french onion soup; which is not what I was looking for. Very distasteful. The steak was waffle house grade. Understanding the quality is one thing, but I've had better firebirds prior. The salmon was mediocre. Again, had better salmon from firebirds before.

The food was good and fresh and the service was great. Lawson was our server and he brought everything we needed. We talked about the coffee and how good it was. He brought me lots of cream for my coffee and that always results in a good tip.

We always have a great experience when we dine at this restaurant. Our waiter Bryan was amazing. He took very good care of us all.

Great food and great service! We always celebrate our birthday lunches at Firebirds. It's a perfect spot to meet with friends. We always get the same round table!!
