    GREAT ENERGY on a busy NEW YEARS DAY. Always happy to see a restaurant busy as that is a good sign of the establishments reputation. As a Firebirds regular, we should have known better than to visit for dinner on a holiday. Our service was almost non-existent as our server appeared slammed. An ill-behaved young child in the booth behind us made conversation for our party of 4 non-existent. But most important, the KITCHEN delivered VERY WELL! All of our meals were DELICIOUS and served HOT as expected.

    The general service was below average, I was under the impression that the waitress had no interest in working. I ordered a 9oz filet with blue cheese and a loaded bake potato. This meal put a new meaning on charge more for less food. They skimped on everything! I’ve been to their Ashburn, VA location countless times and never experienced this.

    Good was amazing. Comments from the table. Best salmon I've ever had, steak is cooked perfectly. New Years Eve, so waitress was super busy, still received great service!

    I had a good time, however we did have to wait on our food longer than expected. And the waitress had one of the orders wrong. Other than that everything was good.
