    Good was okay not worth the price. The service was very disappointing. We waited for our salads a long time we had to request bread to go with the salad. Oor server did not bring out the salad, the bread or the meal. We sat with empty glasses waiting for her to come by never saw her. The server who delivered our food almost walked away without asking if we needed anything else. I stopped her and asked if we could get a refill on the drinks. She said she would but never came back to refill the drinks. I flagged a manager down who did bring us the refills along with hot towels to wipe our hands, my husband had ribs for his meal. Not sure why our sever was unavailable she took a while to serve two other tables. The manager also should have followed up with us, since she brought out the salad and saw we were waiting a bit. Just poor service overall which made for a very disappointing experience. I have served tables so I know it is a difficult job but no one offered an apology or even appeared concerned that we were receiving poor service.

    This was our first time at Firebirds, a good friend recommended the restaurant to us. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was amazing, our waiter was awesome too, I hate that I can’t remember his name.

    Great food good service I love the location, we walked over and caught a movie, the lobster spinach queso dip was amazing The state was cooked to perfection and the BLT salad was great for a time having one we loved it and the drinks is always on point. I highly recommend.

    My meal & experience was nothing but exceptional. Steak & Lobster were cooked perfectly. The staff are also very friendly. Price was great . Definitely will be returning
