   Took forever for drink, food and the check. Food was mediocre at best. Service was inattentive and we had to track down other servers for requests. There are better places in Richmond. On a scale of 1-10, this was a 4.

   4 of us enjoyed our time at Firebirds. 2 of us ordered the 3 item meal deal and 2 ordered a regular entree. Everything was very good and included pork chop, chicken, sea bass and sirloin. Everything was cooked perfectly and presently nicely. My creme brûlée cheesecake was very good but my friend's brownie was overcooked and dry and burned on the bottom. Our waitress offered to bring another one but she declined. We would recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner with friends.

   Food and service were excellent as always. They were very busy so even the manager brought drinks and food to the tables. Great experience. We’ll be back.

   Was a first time experience and it was wonderful. We were in town for a girls trip and chose to eat at Firebirds after a day of shopping in Short Pump. We were seated almost immediately for our reservation at 6. Our order consisted of the ranch rings (onion rings) for a starter, Caesar salad, BLT salad, filet mignon, loaded baked potato, and fire roasted corn. Everything was flavored, prepared, and cooked perfect! For dessert we had the crème brûlée cheesecake that is to die for! Our server was Anna and she was great, also Hannah came by and checked in on us too! I would highly recommend this place. 10/10 service, food quality, and price.

   The food was delicious as always. Jennifer our waitress was very attentive and offered suggestions. Even though the restaurant was crowded they still managed to seat us before our reservation.

   My crab cakes were delicious and we loved the cheesesteak egg rolls. His burger was not hot, the cheese on the burger wasn’t melted. And the waitress took a long time to bring the ketchup and mustard, by then his sandwich was barely warm.

   Yesterday my wife and I and friends went to Firebirds for Sunday Brunch after church. What a tremendous meal. Our server was attentive, totally familiar with the menu and extremely prompt friendly and made great suggestions. The food was excellent, the steak and eggs Benedict that I had was cooked perfectly. My wife had the ribs and loved them, brining half home with her. In fact all of us brought food home.The couple with us had the steak and eggs bowl and the salmon, which they said were very good. The bread is DELICIOUS. While we’ve been to this Firebirds several times for lunch and dinner, this was the first time for brunch. We will definitely be back again, hopefully soon!

    Made reservation for 545, had to wait 10-15 mins to be seated. They were super busy and without reservation wait was 2 hrs! Server was very nice. Food was fair, but not blow me away good. “Seasoned” fries were lacking seasoning, some were soggy from being plated right next to steak. Had to pay extra $2 something for garlic thyme butter “enhancement”, without it steak would have just been under-seasoned grilled steak. Got brownie with ice cream for dessert, brownie was barely warm.
