   The staff was excellent! The evening manager was delightful. The food was fresh and hot off the grill. I highly recommend. You won't regret the experience.

   We had reservations, and the waitress kept walking around without talking to us for 5-10 minutes. Then when she got us a spot at a table but we wanted a booth. We were never asked how we wanted to be seated. We walked out. It was my birthday and my husband wanted it to be special, he was disappointed. We walked over to the Tekila Mexican restaurant next door. They seated us immediately, and the servers were superb. I will never go to firebirds again.

   I love the new Firebirds location in Southaven. Firebirds was always a stable, but it's nice to have a location that is close that I can frequent for lunch and Happy Hour after work. The menu is extensive with a variety of options in which everyone can find something that they will love from the health conscious to the meat and potato crowd. You can't wrong!

   The food was excellent and all staff seemed to be working as hard as they could. However, my biggest complaint was the wait. We reserved a 7:15 table for 4. We were seated at 8:13! Almost an hour wait for a “reservation”. The “reserve a table” option is a mere suggestion. There were several parties with reservations waiting as long as us. Firebirds needs to focus on how they will update the time for accuracy. There was apparently a formal dance going on as well. There were young people that needed to be at their dance by 7:30p still waitng to be seated at 7:08!! They had arrived at 6:15 (their reservation time). Don’t book firebirds if you need a reliable timeline. Everything else was excellent.

   Restaurant is not delivering as promised. Food came out 10 minutes apart for our group of 8. No manager checked in on our group or experience.

   Had reservations at 6:30 for 10. Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated only because they wouldn’t clean off the tables for us. The waitress tried her best but the bar was slow and took a while for drinks. Forgot one persons salad, my ancestral grains were cold along with another guys. Wife’s potato and steak was cold. Overall just not impressed. Will try again hopefully not so busy for it to improve.

   Made a reservation for 6 at 6:00, was seated at 6:40 Waiting area is small The waitress messed up the food order and then acted like it was our fault that it was wrong.

    We arrive 10 minutes early of reservations. Didn’t get seated until 7:45 pm and reservations 7:30 pm. Baked potato wasn’t good. I asked for loaded baked potato and very few toppings. Steak was good! The waiter was slick racist because he asked us what’s the occasion and he explained how a medium well steak appears but I didn’t ask.
