   We absolutely love this place ! Great food, and Great employees ! It's so good, That I tip 40%-50%.

   Great Food. Service acceptable. Need to be a bit more organized in getting people seated with reservations i.e getting tables prepped timely and rotation of service . We will return great restaurant for this area.

   Same problem but my family insisted on going so I went. Now they see why I didn’t want to go. Management servers and hostess has no sense of urgency. Food not good or hot. Tables dirty. Reserved tables still have a wait time. SMH

   Well….I made a reservation months ago for the dining room. First we waited at the bar for 30 minutes and the rude lady bartender acted like we were invisible. We had to get another bartender to take our order. She told another customer she was tired! They were mad too! She should never work in this capacity…maybe a factory…My guest drove 3 hours to stand 40 minutes. …manager said we didn’t have reservations until I showed him my phone. Then he seated us at a regular table so our birthday dinner was horrible, loud and upsetting. I love the food and drinks here but I have never seen worse service. It could be a great spot but you have 16 corporate friends with a bad taste in their mouth. I hope you care and I hope it changes.

   We went on a Saturday, with reservations. Took almost 30 minutes to be seated . The place is too small for the area . Once we were seated , took awhile to waited on . But , once we ordered , food and drinks came out fast . The food was excellent. Just be prepared to wait , especially on weekends.

    We made a reservation for 645. We arrived at 640 and was told they would have our table ready in a few minutes. It seem to be busy and we waited for 15 mins while watching others being sat. We tried to be understanding as it was a busy night but then another couple was sat down before our party and when we asked the host she stated that the other host came up and skipped over our name due to moving too fast. When we asked the girl about skipping over us she stated that we were moved to a waiting list. Then we were asked to wait again. We waited 10 additional minutes and then the lady that skipped us came up asking how many was in our party . This is unacceptable. We set a reservation to be sat on time. We were willing to wait a few because it was busy but to skipped over and asked to wait even longer with no sense of urgency or resolution from the lady sitting everyone. Then she took no accountability of skipping us instead she tried to blame it on the other hostess that we were moved but I don’t believe that. I believe she was moving to quickly and didn’t take the extra time to assure accuracy. It is a big disappointment because I do enjoy firewood but this has us never wanting to eat their again.
