    Other than the bar which seem to be overwhelmed (waited 25 minutes for 2 lemonades), we had an awesome night out with family. I was celebrating my birthday so it was a special occasion. Dallas was our waitress and she was outstanding.

    We had a reservation for 10 for a birthday dinner. We were sat at 2 tables that backed up to each other which made it impossible to socialize. Service was very slow and our server never checked on us without being prompted.

    After looking at the picture, I ordered a medium-well NY Strip steak. They brought out a well-done, lightly seasoned NY Strip that bore no resemblance to the picture at all! As a side item, I ordered a vegetable medley that appeared in a full bowl in the pictures on the website. However, I only received a small portion of half-cooked vegetables on my plate.

    The new Southaven location was phenomenal. The food was great and tasty; our server was impeccable, and the drinks were good!!!!! Great experience

    The staff was excellent! The evening manager was delightful. The food was fresh and hot off the grill. I highly recommend. You won't regret the experience.

    We had reservations, and the waitress kept walking around without talking to us for 5-10 minutes. Then when she got us a spot at a table but we wanted a booth. We were never asked how we wanted to be seated. We walked out. It was my birthday and my husband wanted it to be special, he was disappointed. We walked over to the Tekila Mexican restaurant next door. They seated us immediately, and the servers were superb. I will never go to firebirds again.

    I love the new Firebirds location in Southaven. Firebirds was always a stable, but it's nice to have a location that is close that I can frequent for lunch and Happy Hour after work. The menu is extensive with a variety of options in which everyone can find something that they will love from the health conscious to the meat and potato crowd. You can't wrong!
