    Service very slow took an hour to get our meal. Prime rib was good asked for med. rare got rare. Asked for quiet table seated us next to large group with 2 baby’s next to door so got blast of cold air frequently

    They need to learn that salt is not a spice. Smothering ancient grains and vegetable sides in salt and cheese sauce is fine if you are going for that kind of reputation. If you are trying to pass as fine-dining restaurant, maybe learn what fine dining means. I've been going to Firebirds for years. For some reason the changes made over the past couple of years have not been for the better. It's a shame because it was always fun place to go with good food, service, and ambiance. I hope you return to your old ways.

    Their spicy chicken pasta was too spicy…I had reservations about ordering it but the waiter assured me they could and would cut down on the spice…it was still too hit and wasn’t very tasty… The other two people got the hot honey chicken sandwich and they thoght the bacon wasn’t cooked enough. The waiter was attentive but the food came out slow… It took twenty minutes to get the dessert we ordered… So all and all not a good experience

    The server was exceptional and the food was excellent. Very much enjoyed the desert.

    We had a reservation for 2 for last night at 6:30. We were not seated for 45 minutes. I don't know if the restaurant overbooked, was poorly staffed, seated people who stayed a long, long time. But I would not go again in the evening.

    Thank you for a great evening. Obviously higher crowd than expected but service and food where great. Our waiter went above and beyond, great experience

    Ordered the prime rib lobster tail combo Rib was perfect medium rare and tail was charred the way I like it. Service was excellent. There were a number of fellow veterans but the wait staff had no problem handling the crowd.

    Service level disappointing. 2 hour dinner for a hamburger and salad. Had to seek out service. No time for desert and coffee with very long lines waiting for tables. Disappointing. Definitely has lost its previous reputation as a favorite.
