   We had an excellent waitress.Her name is Fernando. She took very care of my allergies to certain food and repeatedly checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Firebirds Wood Fire Grill.

   We have dined at Firebirds several times as a couple, but this time we were in a large party and went there for a celebration. The staff was very accommodating, the service was prompt and professional. The food was beautifully prepared and presented and was a great value.

   The Double Black Diamond Martini is the best! The bar staff was attentive and we ordered the lobster & spinach queso to have with our drinks. The cheese ratio to spinach/ lobster ratio could have been more equal. It was kind of watery. Also, either salt on the chips or seasoning in the queso would have made the taste even better.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Firebirds. The food was delicious, and the serving sizes were really good. The price point was very doable. Our server MICHELLE was AMAZING!! She was able to recommend dishes, she was very patient with my indecisive husband, and she was very intuitive. She knew what we needed before we even asked for it. She staggered the arrival of our food so that nothing sat and got cold while we were eating another course. I will definitely be back!!!

    Enjoyed everything we ordered. The deviled egg appetizer was excellent. Ellen took very good care of us; will ask for a table in her area next time there.
