   Was looking forward to eating dinner at Firebirds but it ended up being a let down. Wife ordered wood fired scallops, which looked great but it had way too much sauce that overpowered everything else in the bowl. I had ribs, which were ok…i found it weird that it was served with a fruit bowl. I tried it and it didn’t add anything to the meal…it actually made me feel like I was ordering a kids meal. We were not impressed…Not sure if we will go back.

   Service was amazing as always. There was a miscommunication about my steak. A new one was prepared immediately and was perfect.

   My husband and I decided to dine there after I had a delicious takeout of salad with wood grilled salmon. It did not disappoint. I ordered salmon again. It came with a side of fresh vegetables and I chose the stuffed baked potato. My husband had the honey chicken sandwich. We also chose the side if bread. It was delicious. It has a pub like atmosphere, but it was still quite warm and comfortable.

   Food was delicious and fast. However we had a dirty plate and when dessert came we had to ask for plates. They were put on our table without giving each place setting a plate and fork. Each entree is expensive for brunch so one expected top-notch service. Food is good, but service needs some work.

   Visited for lunch with a friend. The food was d the service was excellent. Ford, our Server, was great! He knew the menu and answered all of our questions. He was attentive and friendly.

   Went to Firebirds because I was curious , it is close, and it was my birthday, My husband and I ordered the 3 course special: Husband had tortilla soup, salmon/shrimp and brownie sundae (which we both thought all were very good) I had the salad, sirloin steak, and creme brulee cheesecake. (Salad was good, creme brulee cheesecake was good and a just the right size.) The steak came out less than warm. It was taken back by the server who did inquire. The second steak was marginally warmer. Servers were attentive. We couldn't decide on a wine and they let us have two tastes. Didn't like either and ordered glasses of two different wines. We were impressed that on a Wednesday evening that the restaurant was busy. The downside of this was it was very noisy. My curiosity was satisfied and will not be going back as I know of other restaurants that I like better.

    I love this restaurant. However, today my pasta dish was room temperature. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the hostess. Our waitress, Rocio was outstanding. Excellent service.
