Deviled eggs sound dull, but they have perfected the presentation and the taste, with a streak of yummy red sauce & at a serving of 6, you have some to take home in their cool take out box. I didn't know they serve the full menu at brunch along with special brunch offerings, but tried the steak & egg bowl with the tenderloin rare as I asked. A horseradish sauce really complements the flavors of the eggs, blistered tomatoes, potatoes and peppers with the steak. They served it with whole button mushrooms that were amazing! A home run. My husband is not a foodie, so when he ordered the smothered tenderloin burrito with a whiff of rosemary in the sauce probably, it became mine! The server Brie was awesome, and the Manager came over to intro herself & check on us. We've been to two Firebirds, and I love them both. This is what a professional restaurant feels like, never disappointing.

Greeted at the entrance by a pleasant hostess staff, seated at our reservation time with our preference for a booth. Our waiter James was at our tableside quickly to explain things to we first-time diners. The wine choices were excellent and James was very professional and pleasant helping us through the menu choices. The Classic salad was fresh, tasty and a nice change from a usual house salad. The warm and crusty bread was very nice. My lady ordered the filet which was done perfectly. My sirloin was a perfect doneness, had an awesome flavor and was larger than I expected. The baked potato was delicious. Dessert was unusual, a cream brulee cheesecake and a very nice bread pudding. The overall experience was superb and we will be going back often for the best steak in Surprise.

We were outside, so our noise level was very pleasant for conversation inside not so much. Our waitress was wonderful and so is our food for the most part… the scallop potatoes that one in our party had ordered were not quite . But overall, everything was delicious and we even took our leftovers home.

Filet mignon was good. But they had to send it back to do my request well done temperature.

Made reservations early for Valentine's Day, just missed the crowd, but the foodc and drinks were amazing

With reservation our wait time was minimal. Our server was terrific - very friendly, efficient, and attentive. The Cilantro grilled chicken and the Salmon & shrimp entrees were very good (especially the Parmesan mashed potatoes). The fresh bread was very bland and served with plain butter (would have been much better with seasoned/herb butter). Brownie sundae dessert was delicious- crème brûlée dessert was just okay as it was not moist and no carmelized topping. The fresh strawberry and whipped cream helped…. Overall, a very nice Valentines Dinner.

The food was delicious, Justin our server was attentive ,and friendly the drinks were superb. It was a great Valentine experience .
