   We were a party of five. Two ordered the 7 oz filets medium well. It was obvious when they both came out that they were not filet cuts (they looked more like sirloins) and one was cooked beyond well done and the other was well done. They offered to cook the over done filet again. What came out looked like a filet but this time was cooked medium rare. Two of ordered salads, which were good and the other ordered a strip which was cooked as requested. It took almost an hour for our food to be brought out. The waitress could have done a better job of checking in with us to provide an update on when we could expect our food but only checked in once and that was to see if we wanted another round of drinks (we had to ask for a status of our food). The one bright spot is that they did comp the over done steak and also gave us an additional customer satisfaction discount, which felt appropriate given our experience. They also comped us 2 desserts. Obviously, we would have preferred higher quality food in lieu of the issues we had, but at least they were proactive with comping us without us having to ask for it.

   Disappointed in the quality of the food. Server was great We didn’t complain bc we are regularly there. But sad that the quality wasn’t good. Maybe the good cooks were off tonight

   We went to Firebirds for lunch, and planned to use an Open Table Rewards coupon. For some reason, the coupon would not open -- but the manager gave us the $25 credit. We appreciate his help! We did the soup and sandwich -- the chicken tortilla soup was excellent! We will be back!

   Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at Firebirds. When we arrived and checked in, the hostess wished us a happy anniversary. At the table was a beautiful floral centerpiece and a Happy Anniversary plaque. Our waitress was so accommodating and made this dinner a very special occasion. Several of the staff came over and congratulated us, and we received an anniversary card signed by the Firebirds’ staff. It was a very special night.

   Great food and large portions. The tomahawk pork chop is amazing. Restaurant is very nice but too noisy

   We yet again had a wonderful meal. Everything was delicious. Service I'd great and if anything goes wrong they are very accommodating.
