    We dine at Firebirds every week and are never disappointed. The new addition to their Perfect Pair menu, Grilled Cheese and Sirloin Sandwich with soup or salad, is awesome! In addition to the many great entrees and inviting ambiance, the service is really excellent. On this visit, one of our favorite servers, Carmen, took care of us and assured we had a perfect dining experience.

    Our dining experience was absolutely awesome. Darren our server was superb. He made excellent recommendations and their were delectable. The staff was courteous and very professional. Firebirds is a delightful place to dine and enjoy great service and awesome food.

    I had a reservation for 5pm and was checked in by the hostess at 4:45pm. Unfortunately she forgot and we were not seated until 5:07pm! This is unacceptable. Our salads did not come until AFTER our main course was served and the dessert I ordered (banana bread pudding) ran out however the server didn’t tell us until after it was time to serve dessert.
