Considering it just opened, it was very busy and some servers (bar and table) weren't as knowledgeable as they might be in an establish restaurant. Highly recommended to make a reservation as it appeared to me there were a lot of walk-ins standing around waiting for a table. The restaurant is one big open room that included all the tables and the bar area, and I did not notice any partitions anywhere to create a cozy environment. Parking was very limited, but I'm guessing because the whole community is still very much under construction.

Terrific steaks done right! Large portions on the side dishes. Loved the lobster fondue appetizer and streak corn side.

Great atmosphere and staff amazing. Had filet which had nice char, good good but tasted a little boiled tasting. Wish baked potatoes didn’t have a ton of salt on the bottom

Had a very nice lunch. Food was very good. Having just opened the waitstaff is still undergoing training however that did not take away from the service. They do a got job ( maybe too detailed) in explaining the menu

Best ny strip steak I’ve had in last 15 years. Cooked to perfection at Medium Rare with a slight lean to rare side which is exactly how I enjoy it. All food consumed by my party of five with no negative comments whatsoever. Will definitely return, sooner rather than later!

Overall the food was good. The kitchen was a little heavy handed with the salt on my wife’s burger and tots.

Food was prepared and presented very well. My martini was made to perfection and the portions were more than adequate. Service was a little nervous, understandably so because the restaurant just opened on the previous Monday. All points led me to revisiting this restaurant. Keep up the great work Firebird!!
