Superb dinner. Confit duck, pasta bolognese, wedge salad, bread and babagonush. Excellent wines. Would have given service 5 stars also except after being seated and water bought to table, our server lost track of us and I had to find him to ask he take our orders. After this rough start he more than made up for it. Highly recommend

Had a great experience at this restaurant. Street parking only but there are a lot of streets nearby. When you walk into this Italian restaurant, you see the kitchen staff making the food and the fresh ingredients their serving. Nice open layout with a “vegetation wall.” Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the focaccia with oil, celebrese pesto (mild heat)and the caponata (sweet). We had the coppa, Taleggio (mild tasting hard cheese) and the London fog served with honeycomb and marcona almonds. The duck confit was tasty. For entrees, we had the rack of lamb and the mushroom pappardelle (both we amazing). The desserts (Tiramisu, Apple Torta, brownie) were just okay. Overall, great food and service. I would return.

The focaccia and whipped ricotta was good. The risotto and pasta was mushy. The polenta on with the crispy duck was good. The duck was ok. The cherry sauce wasn't very good. Overall, disappointing.

We loved our experience overall! There is a difference in noise level and vibe from sitting upstairs or downstairs. We sat upstairs and it felt much more private and quiet.
