Located on the Royal Parade, Chislehurst, Fish Union uniquely combines a chef-led upmarket wet fishmonger coupled with a shellfish Champagne restaurant and is owned by chefs Richard Kirkwood and Andy Roberts.

The restaurant’s fresh seasonal menu changes daily depending on what’s coming in off the boats and offers delectable small plates which include Yellowfin tuna tataki with pickled radish wasabi mayo and ponzu; Galician octopus with delica pumpkin and garlic butter; The Luxury Seafood platter; Bouillabaisse and their popular side dish of Confit crispy potatoes with aioli.

To add to this, Sundays have just got exciting as Fish Union’s intimate buzzing seafood Champagne restaurant now offers a delicious Sunday Ocean Roast and Sunday Brunch menu!

Everything is sustainably sourced and freshly prepared on-site by their talented in-house chefs and complemented with hand-selected fine wines and signature cocktails.

Delicious fish - bream and Halibut with amazing chips and samphire. Lovely crispy squid and samphire. Friendly service - even making up some fresh Tartar sauce for my Husband. Great evening Thanks

Always great quality food. Such lovely staff and service. One of our favourite places to go.

Beautiful food as usual. However a very reduced menu. No crab, no octopus which is what I usually order. So I ordered a fish pie not realising it contained mustard which I hate and so couldn’t eat it. However they were extremely understanding and removed it from the bill which I really didn’t expect . Full marks to fish union as it wasn’t their fault I can’t bare mustard.

Perfect date night sat at the window watching the world go by! Oysters to start - The husband had a selection of small plates, all delicious but squid particularly fab - I had the Mackerel which was juicy and fresh & went really well with the pumpkin. Service was charming and confident - looking forward to the refurb!

Visit on a regular basis. Food and service always very good. seating a bit tight and tables not really big enough if there are four of you.

The food was great but the fish pie was a little disappointing and needs to be reviewed. It’s needs to be creamer, with dill and parsley with a hint of smokiness from haddock.. and with more fish.. to be honest. But all in a delicious meal and great wine!

Delicious food and very friendly service. The prawn happy hour is such a good deal, we had 10 each and it made for a huge starter. Perfectly cleaned and well flavoured, they tasted nice and fresh. We also had the mussels deal getting 500g of mussels, delicious potatoes, bread and a glass of wine, all for £20. Great value, delicious taste and very nice service!
