   This is a beautiful restaurant, with delicious food and great service. We reserved at the bar and had a great view of the huge fish tank. The light jazz music was a great addition to the ambience. There were three of us m: My company ordered the filet mignon (very thick, tender, and flavored perfectly) and the combo with pork chop and fried shrimp. I ordered the Hawaiian triggerfish with lump crab. All were prepared very well and very tasty! The porch looked like a cool place, with fires and blue lighting around a decorative bar, but it was a little cold when we went so we chose to stay in. The porch looked plenty warm once we got there. The restaurant is attached to a Marriott but has a separate entrance. We very much enjoyed the experience.

   We had an amazing visit celebrating my husband’s birthday. They made our visit very special by having a birthday card signed by the staff on the table as well as decorative place settings. The manager came over to offer well wishes and brought a special poke appetizer for both of us. At the end of our meal, our server brought a dish of ice cream with a candle so I could sing happy birthday ❤️. All the staff who passed by our table offered well wishes as well. We have never felt so appreciated and special. Thank you to all the staff for making this an incredibly memorable experience! Now for a review of the food. The dang bang shrimp and Florida grouper were absolutely delicious! They were cooked perfectly and the accompanying sauces were fantastic, especially the key lime tartar sauce for the grouper! The food is top notch and worthy of a Michelin star! Highly recommend Fishbones whether a special occasion or just a happy hour diversion!

   Brian was an amazing person. He took such good care of us. I’m convinced that even though everything was so good, it was over the top because of him. The food is amazing, drinks are awesome, and like I said, Brian was awesome! Matt talked to us as well and was incredible. We celebrated our anniversary tonight and everything was so personalized. I highly recommend the restaurant, but definitely come when you are celebrating an anniversary. What an amazing time!

   We recently had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The management staff truly stood out with their warmth and attentiveness, visiting our table several times to ensure everything was perfect and even surprising us with special drinks tailored to our tastes. While we did encounter an issue with the first round of oysters, the staff handled it with utmost professionalism and quickly made things right, which we greatly appreciated. The food was outstanding – the crab cakes were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the shrimp scampi was a delightful blend of fresh flavors. We decided to take slices of strawberry cake to go, and it did not disappoint. Overall, the service was consistently top notch, making our dining experience truly memorable. We look forward to returning and enjoying more of what your wonderful restaurant has to offer. Thank you for making our evening special!

   Wonderful flavors...I had the filet mignon and my husband had the porkchop. Service was good and we had a pleasant evening. We have been here many times and expected the noise level so that wasn't an issue for us. This is our special occasion restaurant and have never been disappointed.
