THE ENERGY OF INDIA, IN THE HEART OF SANTANA ROW.
Fitoor (Hindi for 'Passion’) is a contemporary Indian restaurant and cocktail lounge, with a vibrant menu and electrifying music evoke the ardor and energy of India today.
Policies-
1) Dress code- dress to impress.
2) We have DJ and Fire dancers on Friday & Saturday evenings. Bollywood DJ on Sunday brunch.
3) Wine - You are welcome to bring your wine bottles. We allow two 750 ml bottles with a corkage of $30 and $50
4) Cakes - We are delighted to offer cake cutting services at our restaurant for a nominal fee of $30.
5) Cancellation Policy- For large groups we require a CC on hold . If you cancel or no-show, there will be a $10/person charge

My recent visit to Fitoor was a mixed bag, with excellent food overshadowed by subpar hospitality. Here's what happened: I made a reservation for three through their website, specifically requesting a quiet, non-lounge table. This was our first visit, and I was excited to try the highly recommended spot. Unfortunately, things started going south as soon as we walked in. The host's demeanor was a major letdown for a high-end establishment—no greeting, no pleasantries, just a brusque escort to a table right in front of the DJ and next to the glass doors. It was the exact opposite of the quiet table I had requested. The ambiance, while vibrant, was overwhelmingly loud, making it nearly impossible to hold a conversation over the music. Our server didn't improve matters. They lacked knowledge about the menu and failed to offer guidance or recommendations, leaving us to fumble through the options ourselves. While the food itself was delicious and absolutely worth trying, the experience was marred by the inattentive service. Before leaving, I spoke to the host to confirm if I had followed the correct process for requesting a table. Instead of addressing my concerns, they curtly stated, "It is what it is," and dismissed me without any apology or explanation. Overall, while I’d return for the food, the hospitality needs significant improvement. For a place aspiring to be high-end, Fitoor falls short in making guests feel welcomed or valued. I’d cautiously recommend it—just don’t expect much in terms of service.

Overall service was good. We went to the restaurant on Christmas and ordered Paneer Lababdaar with sort of naan and Nachos Chaat Papdi, staff forget to serve Chaat Papdi Nachos and never asked if we are missing something however staff was polite and good. So, I just want to suggest the to make a notes while taking order so you will surely be serving all the dishes to people without asking if it is your dish or not as the staff was doing the same. However, staff was so polite and service was so good. Moreover, I would appreciate their help to heat milk for my baby.

They lost my credit card, but eventually found it. It was a relief that they found it, but it is not cool, unacceptable, and stressful that they misplaced it in the first place :(

Really great environment. The fire dancers were a nice touch. The food was excellent. The DJ was playing really great music that was a mixture of genres but appropriate for all ages and cultures. We will be back. Great birthday experience.

I love this restaurant. I’m the food is delicious. Great service and wonderful ambiance. It can get loud but in a good way on Friday and Saturday nights with their DJ! So fun and lively. The food and seri e keeps me coming back.

needs to improve service, some of our drinks were not served on time and we needed to cancel them as we got clise to finish our food
