Everything was well until I asked for the lobster benedict and I kept biting into the shell. My wife had a good experience but… I had a terrible experience. I paid over $100 to constantly keep biting into shell pieces and I had to be worried about every bite I consumed. I didn’t want to complain or return anything since I used to work in the service industry when I was in college. Especially since it’s V-Day, I just want my wife to have a lovely day. (ALSO PARKING IS FUCKEN EXPENSIVE SO BE READY TO SPEND MINIMUM $15, even self parking)

Food was unfortunately not the best and we also spent a lot. We got the lobster chilaquiles and chicken and waffles. The only good thing we tried was the truffle fries, but food was ehhh

The restaurant is where the hotel drop off and valet is located. Lots of noise and honking. Bathroom was inside of the hotel. Window shade was not clipped on one side so it knocked over our water glasses. The meal was not great, steak was overcooked and chewy. Overall do not recommend, I’ve been to nicer restaurant that are worth similar price points and for better.

It was a very disappointing day and usually this is not the case. Our lobster chilaquiles were not good as usual. The chips were very stale and our order was messed up when our choice of eggs and there were shells still stuck on our lobster. Also, your website states you open at 10:30am, and when we got there, the greeter was not pleasant and was rude stating they open at 11. It did look like some of them were frustrated opening the day. The drinks were good though. We are continuous customers, but it looks like this visit has us thinking to try new spots

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience. We are concerned to hear about the issues with your lobster chilaquiles, including the stale chips, incorrect egg preparation, and the presence of shells. We will investigate this thoroughly with our kitchen team. We also apologize for the incorrect information on our website due to the bad weather we've had to adjust our hours of operation. We strive to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all our guests, and we will address this with our staff. We value your loyalty as a returning customer and are disappointed that this visit has impacted your impression. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon and regain your trust. Meh. The venue is lovely. It overlooks the city with its beautiful lights. The Christmas decor was festive. The food was mid at best but priced as fine dining. I ordered the blueberry lavender sparkling wine which was surprisingly flavorless until I was about halfway through and realized that most of the syrup was at the bottom of the glass. Then it was too sweet. Bummer! The shrimp cocktail was strange. That's the most accurate way I can describe it. First of all the cocktail sauce was gelled. No exaggeration. It was gelled. I couldn't tell if this was an attempt to be different and fancy (after all the shrimp cocktail was topped with micro greens which was new to me and so unnecessary) or if it was old. Eek! The shrimp were large which was nice but definitely lacked the firm texture of high quality fresh shrimp. They were the texture of the ones you get in the $19.99 premade frozen tray in your grocery store. Just meh. The entree I ordered was even more confusing. It was listed as lobster scampi but was covered in sliced red chilies. WTHeck?! I removed those and the dish was just boring. It didn't have the wine, butter and garlic profile of scampi. It was angel hair, lobster and tomatoes floating in a broth. There was a good amount of lobster and it was perfectly cooked though. So there's that. We ordered the s'mores fondue which was listed as including "burnt marshmallows." What was brought to our table was plain, unheated marshmallows from a bag with some strawberries, graham crackers, bread pretzels (unsalted) and melted chocolate. At first the waiter said the menu didn't say the marshmallows would be toasted. Then I showed him the menu and he apologized and went to ask what happened. Ultimately he didn't charge us for the dish which was nice as we ate just the strawberries. Would I come here again? Only if someone really wanted to. That someone will probably be my sister who enjoyed her lobster scampi but "because it doesn't taste like scampi at all.”
