Five Regions Restaurant brings South Australia’s most iconic wine regions to the heart of the city, to be experienced alongside stunning regional produce.

Our culinary team collaborates with a new winery every eight weeks, creating a seasonal menu that showcases each winery’s region and pairs perfectly with hand-selected wines.

We made and confirmed this booking weeks in advance of Christmas Eve. On the day we received an invitation to confirm our booking which we did. We arrived on time for our 8pm booking at Adelaide Oval Hotel 5 Regions Restaurant. The front of house had NO record of the booking. We didn’t exist and the restaurant was full. Turns out our booking was lost. Ok so now what? They found a table in the adjacent lower grade restaurant. They made a fuss of us and did everything possible to repair the damage. We had a lovely evening no thanks to Open Table. We will never use this booking service again. Truly appalling service. Thanks guys.

As ever, food was beautiful. Unfortunately there were a number of families dining with younger children. This is not the place for families and it completely ruined the ambience of the restaurant. Will go back as the food, staff, particularly the maitre'd, are superb. Fingers crossed that next time will be more adult!

I like the relaxed atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff. Food & wine pairing were excellently delivered. Will surely come again soon.

A spectacular view of Adelaide Oval. The service was very attentive. I enjoyed the food it’s so well presented and the taste was amazing. A very special way to celebrate an occasion or have a nice date night.

The Five Regions restaurant was a fantastic experience. The service was seamless all night and all staff were excellent. Our host for the night was particularly good and really made our experience special. Each dish was beautifully presented and explained and everything was delicious. We were glad we matched the wines as that made the experience that much better because we got to try some new styles. We are keen to experience another region soon.

What a great experience and concept. The food was outstanding, great wine and bubbles, top notch service and having dinner with a view of the Adelaide Oval was a bonus.

Not Being a fan of degustation menus this menu provided 3 outstanding dishes-unfortunately I was teased because the portion size just gave me an inkling as to how good the dish was but there was insufficient to fully enjoy them. Staff were exceptional-very professional and friendly and very obliging.
