   Five87 is a beautiful venue with great lighting and ambience. The wine vaults are stunning. The service is polite and efficient, our server was very informative. Not a huge fan of all orders items being served by bartender and not server but a minor inconvenience. The food overall is tasty with fair sized portions. The Rigatoni was creamy and the mushrooms were meaty with flavour. The burger is clearly signature and was very much enjoyed by all. The French onion soup packed a lot of flavour and was perhaps 110% seasoned. The cheese was not broiled on top, which would have been welcome. We will return

   Emma was our table server and a great job as usual. Kept my coffee cup replenished all the time. Jerry was a great manager always making g sure our needs and food were to our expectations. Well done

   Everything perfectly executed from start to finish. Seated right away. Attentive service. Courses served with appropriate time in between. Food was great. Exactly as I expected it.

   Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome. The host was attentive, promptly assisting us with our coats and directing us to the washrooms before seating us efficiently. Our server was delightful and well-versed in the cocktail menu. I particularly enjoyed the pineapple passionfruit ginger mule—it was a standout. However, the experience started to decline with the appetizers. While the bruschetta was flavorful, the calamari was served in a deep bowl, which trapped moisture and left it mushy and unappetizing. There was also a mix-up with my husband’s drink—he was served the wrong brand and was still charged despite the error being acknowledged. For the main course, I had the Korma, which was just okay, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Braised Beef. Our friends were satisfied with their pasta dishes. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating two birthdays, a new house, and a new job, so it was disappointing that no complimentary gesture was offered. Overall, the food presentation lacked attention to detail, with minimal garnish or anything distinctive to justify the price. While the service was strong, the execution of the food and overall value left something to be desired.

   Teresa is a dynamic waitress and the cool accent helps. We both loved our meals. One of had the mushroom rigatoni and the other had the braised beef. Portions are generous which is a bonus.

    Friendly server and Great appetizers, cocktails and pasta. The steak had 0 flavour for how expensive it was and was incredibly chewy. Booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day and was rushed through our meal from the moment we arrived . Could not enjoy our night without being prompted to order and we ended pay every 30 seconds.
