   This was my third time here and it was the BEST experience and the food was amazing. I usually take my leftovers home this time I didn’t have anything left to take home.(that was the sad part not leftovers)

   The food was spectacular. I enjoyed the ox tails and collards. I also had the charred okra. Every bite was delicious. I then finished with a delicious peach cobbler. I’m going back soon!

   Fried chicken with okra and grits.. yum! Very pleasant staff and a wonderful visit with Auntie Pearl. Much love in the house!

   Amazing experience, friendly staff, our food was served quickly. The staff was so polite and welcoming and the music selection was well selected. I will definitely be coming back.

   I made reservations but they don’t follow it, instead it is first come first served regardless of whether you have reservations or not, we decided to sit outside and ut was soooooo cold, no heaters. the gumbo was very soupy and there was a sungle piece if chicken and a couple of tiny sausages and the rest is a soup. Fried chicken is like popeye’s chicken but pricey. I tried this place and pribably not try again.

   Mz. ALAZAE is always attentive, hospitable and welcoming when my family and I visit Fixins! JAMES, the host, was very accommodating by quickly changing our table preference at the last minute...all with a smile. We are very pleased and as always, will return.

   Took my friend to have lunch for her birthday. She like soul food, but doesn’t cook it at home. We had a lovely conversation with Pearl, Kevin Johnson’s aunt.

    This was our first time eating at Fixins Soul Kitchen. The experience was amazing. The food was seasoned with perfection, the service was excellent, and the flow of people was constant .
