   The biscuit and jelly butter was out of this world! The fried chicken was delicious, crispy, and well done. The Mac and cheese was fantastic, and I appreciated that my drink which was a Diet Coke came in a very large glass and was refilled quickly. Can’t wait for our daughters to come home for Thanksgiving so we take them out to eat at Fixins as a family.

   Fixins Soul Kitchen – A True Gem in Tulsa This is my third time visiting Fixins Soul Kitchen, and it certainly won’t be the last! I make the drive all the way from Edmond, OK, because it’s truly worth it every time. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, friendly smiles and quick service. The seating is fast, which is always a plus, especially when you’re hungry! The ambience is welcoming, with a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. But the real star of the show is the food – it never misses! Every dish I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Whether I’m dining solo or bringing friends along, Fixins is my go-to spot. It’s a place where I know I’ll have great food, an enjoyable atmosphere, and top-notch customer service every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy some incredible soul food!

   The food was a 10 out of 10 , the place was clean , services was good and the ambiance was nice . I will definitely make that hour and a half drive again to eat there .

   Usually the smothered chicken is fresh and amazing. This time it was soggy and the gravy wasnt warm let alone hot, seems it had been sitting for awhile before it ended up to our table. We told the server and she took the plate but didn't comp anything from the meal. My partner didn't want to make a fuss about it so we let it go but I don't know that I will be back soon.

   We were visiting from out-of-state and had THE MOST INCREDIBLE Sunday brunch! Highly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant for some outstanding soul food. Our only disappointment was that they were out of XXL size t-shirts!

   Our first visit and we would have to think hard to go back. Ro, our server, took 38 minutes to get drinks, and were not even asked to order, after about 45 minutes we begged to order and finally the bartender took our order. The bartender was the highlight of the visit, she was friendly, and went out of her way to try and take care of us. She singelhandedly saved this from being a 1-star review. I ordered the Fried Fish, and it was served dry. I asked for tarter sauce, and had to ask the server 3 times before I actually got it. The food itself was actually tasty and everyone did enjoy it, but we were just frustrated by the time it got there. We were charged for a second round of drinks which we had ordered but the waitress had forgot to bring before the check, so that was frustrating as well, its nicer to enjoy it with the food than to just have to chug it or waste it on the way out.
