I loved this spot. It was sexy, it was secluded, and the food was great!!!

We made a reservation for 1pm, we were not sat until after 1:45pm. There was little to no apology for it, all we were met with was excuses about how they didn’t have a hostess and was a mix up. The service, though she was very nice, was INCREDIBLY SLOW! After waiting over 45 mins just to be sat, our drinks took forever, then the food was almost another hour wait and was almost cold?! Was it just sitting in the kitchen? And they completely forgot one of our orders and brought it after everyone else was already cashed out. And after all that, nothing was even done to try and make things right. We have done MULTIPLE brunches here since it opened for many birthdays in our group, always had a decent experience till now. Sat almost an hour late, prices are way too high for mediocre food and service, was so loud we were yelling at each other to talk, and no apologies or anything done to make it right?! Honestly, I highly doubt we will go back here again!

I recently made a reservation at a restaurant in Orlando, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, upon arrival, there was no one at the door to greet or assist us. It quickly became apparent that the establishment had transformed into a night club, which was not what we had anticipated. This lack of communication and the unexpected change in atmosphere was quite disappointing. If you're looking for a straightforward dining experience, I would recommend considering other options.

The service was extremely slow, they were definitely understaffed with just one bartender and a busboy from what it seemed. We waited at least 20 minutes while sitting at the bar to be able to get anyone’s attention. Drinks were ok but nothing special, food was good.

Horrible service. Sat for 40 minutes and no one came to our table. Once we finally got the managers attention he told us to “figure it out” whether we wanted to stay or not. Rudest manager I have ever come across. We had made a reservation weeks in advance and as we’re leaving the server finally decided to show up and said it’s not her fault they only scheduled one server.

The ambiance of this place was great, and the food we did get was good. Unfortunately it took almost an hour to get my drink and our waitress never even came back to take our dinner order. All we got in was my drink order and an appitizer. I understand things happen and am grateful some other waitresses stepped up to help. She did also take my drink off the bill. Everyone around us seemed to get their food and drinks in a timely manner so we just had one of those nights. My drink was delicious though!
