    We waited at least 45 minutes to get our brunch food from time of ordering. And when we got our order the eggs were hard boiled instead of poached. The restaurant was full and there were only 2 wait staff- they were clearly overwhelmed. The kitchen must have also been overwhelmed.

    Overall very pleased with our experience. We dined the evening after Valentine’s Day. I got the valentines filet mignon. And my wife got pasta with shrimp.

    We were there for brunch. The avocado toast was delicious. Very good Bloody Mary, as well.

    Second visit with a grandchild - kids menu was perfect and the entrees were delicious (Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Sandwich) - Lobster roll was OK but then again, we are used to the ones in New England which are fresh caught and nothing but claw meat

    I’ve dined at what is now Floor 2 for many years, previously known as Habitat, and have always had pleasant experiences—until now. We took our family out for dinner, and unfortunately, this was our first poor experience. We didn’t want to raise any complaints at the time, especially when the bill arrived, but the service left much to be desired. The server, while taking our order, implied that soup or salad came with our dinner selections, so we made our choices accordingly. However, when the salads arrived, we were surprised by their size, as they were clearly just a side. Additionally, my aunt ordered asparagus, thinking it would be an addition to her plate, but it turned out to be a table-side serving, which wasn’t clear to her beforehand. On top of that, I ordered a drink “up,” but it arrived low with a large ice cube. Again, I didn’t want to make a fuss at the time. However, when the bill came, we noticed that it was over $100 more than expected, primarily due to miscommunication and the server’s upselling tactics. As someone who has worked as a server, I understand the importance of upselling, but this experience left a bad taste. While I won’t be dining in the dining room again due to this service, I do want to note that the service at the bar has always been excellent, and I’ve never had any issues there.

    I had a disappointing experience at breakfast. The wait to place an order was too long, and after my server finally took it, they disappeared for the rest of the meal. Even finding someone to bring the check became a hassle, as both the server and the host were nowhere to be found. The lack of attentiveness and efficiency really took away from the dining experience. I expected better service and hope they work on improving it in the future
