   Only reason It didn’t get a higher rating was because they were out of A LOT of items on the menu. I was really looking forward to certain items on menu and was slightly disappointed.

   The vibes here for the Sippin Santa event were amazing. It was super christmasy in there and the cocktails were so good and the festive cups were very cute. But the food left a lot to be desired. The Pupu platter was advertised to come with a little flame in the center and it came out as a wooden tray with an empty space in the middle. Without the flame it was a sad platter of mostly brown food. The poke was very liquidy and the katsu sliders were dry and unseasoned. Our server was very nice and we had a great time, but ive had food from here in the past that was way better. Disappointed in that part.

   Was she excited to visit for the Christmas experience and was so disappointed…. No food menu from 2-5, rude bartenders- 12/14, 2pm bartender with brunette hair- SO RUDE and poor service. Was given the wrong drinks and just not a good ambience. If I did not have a giftcard I would have walked out!! So horrible and saddened. Flamingo needs to make this right. Because we were not influencers were we ignored???

   We had a really fun time! Sippin Santa is definitely worth the visit! Our poor waitress was run off her feet, so it wasn’t her fault that everything took a while. Food was fun and creative but we were mostly there for the cocktails in the festive cups! The whole new vibe of the flamingo is so retro cool!

   Let’s start with the good: the atmosphere. The ambiance was simply delightful. The decor felt warm and inviting, with just the right amount of Christmas charm to make the evening feel special. The Christmas theme was wonderful The drinks were another highlight. Each cocktail was crafted with care, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. They clearly know their way around a bar, and it’s a great spot to ring in the holidays, the sippin Santa was my favorite! Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the excellence of the drinks or the ambiance. The dishes lacked freshness and tasted like they had been frozen and reheated. The flavors were underwhelming, and many items were overly salty, masking any natural taste the ingredients might have had. It’s clear the kitchen prioritizes convenience over quality, which was disappointing. Would I go back? Perhaps—but only for the drinks and the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place to sip on a great cocktail in a lovely setting, this spot delivers. But if you’re seeking a memorable meal, you might want to look elsewhere.     Server was so laidback but professional and prompt. Enjoyed brunch with a girlfriend and we weren’t pressured to leave early as it wasn’t too crowded. The food was very good, went with the loco moco which was cooked perfect. The NA beverages were a plus. And the decor couldn’t be beat! Very festive and fun. Overall a great spot and will for sure return!
