   No point in making a reservation. They don’t honor them. They allow people to sit in tables as long as they want, so it becomes standing room only. What’s dumb is they won’t let you in without a reservation yet they have nowhere for you to sit. Horribly managed.

   Made a reservation for dining at the Hidden Boot experience and arrived early. Hostess asked if we had a reservation, found our reservation, then said it was going to be open seating and that our reservation for a table could not be honored. She even hit us with a “good luck finding a spot” condescendingly. When we walked in it was standing room only and we couldn’t even find a barstool. Ridiculous experience when there’s a reservation system in place to allegedly prevent this.

   Horrible experience. We made a reservation for 9:30, when we arrived they informed us there was not a table for us and there would not be. They mentioned at 9 they stop doing reservations and it’s walk ins, why offer a 9:30 reservation. The manager then offered us a table for 2 for our party of 4. So half of us could sit and enjoy ourselves while the other two had to go find somewhere else, how this was even a proposed solution was terrible. Overall just a horrible experience, will never return again after this.

   I placed a reservation for 6 almost a month in advance for the bar in the back. When we arrived 10 minutes before my reservation time we were told there was no room for us. They forced us to be seated out in the common area without as much as a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Don’t plan on being able to get a seat even with a reservation.

   Need better menu more dinner choices. Better drinks. I wasn’t impressed by the drink menu. End up, just drinking whiskey because you guys didn’t have anything that was really that good.

   Our experience was lacking. Service was sporadic if at all. Food was sub par and not delivered at the same time. We will not be going back.

   We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing. The bartender Brian made her experience better than ever. We will definitely be coming back because of him. Great ambience, great atmosphere great people! Definitely a five star by LANCE and Jenn.

   Pretty cool place. Was a bit chaotic when trying to get seated. There was no one at the hosts table and it took about 25 minutes from walking in the door until we even got out drinks. But from there on everything was great. Super amazing food!

    The Hostesses at the entrance of the Flankers restaurant were unprofessional. They were more concerned about flirting with guests and gossiping amongst each other rather than seating people as quickly and professionally as possible. Our reservation was for the Hidden Boot Saloon, and when we were finally taken back, we were met with a very chaotic and unorganized seating process. After being seated, our waitress grabbed us drinks, but then did not follow up with us for over 20 minutes. Folks that were seated after us were given service before us. We try to give service workers as much grace as possible because we know the job is hard, but it wasn’t a busy night and we weren’t sure why we weren’t being acknowledged or checked in with for so long. When she made her way back to us after 25 minutes , we just asked for the check to pay for our 2 drinks. It took an additional 20 minutes for her to charge our card and return it. Even then there was no effort to check in on our experience or apologize for the long wait. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced for the quality of service you receive.
