The salad bar was amazing but the fried oysters were nothing but crispy pieces and our food was ice cold we didn’t even eat it we got a to go box

Ms. Foxx, First and foremost, thank you for spending your anniversary with us. I am truly sorry that you did not have a good experience. I only wish these matters were brought to my/our attention last night. We would have immediately corrected any of our errors and would have attempted to a make up for any shortcomings. It is never our intent to serve cold food and I do not find it acceptable to do so. We are not perfect, but we try to be. And when we aren't, I fix it without question. Our food was perfectly prepared as ordered. Michelle was our server and she is always excellent. She also prepares excellent drinks at the bar. The hostess greeted us with a friendly smile and made our entrance warm and welcoming

Dinner was excellent including both food and service. Appreciate that the owner always comes by to say hello. Noise level is my only complaint.

Our experience did not begin well. We had a 5:15 reservation and we were not seated until 5:55. We were celebrating two birthdays. It was the actual day of our birthday! It was very disappointing to not be seated in a timely manner. When diners linger too long at a table, management needs to have a backup plan to make other seating arrangements for their guests. The staff apologized repeatedly, but I feel that they could have, at the very least, discounted our meals. The salad bar is exceptionally good. The entrees have mixed reviews. Five stars for the filets and three stars for the ribeyes. The wait time for our meal was nearly 30 minutes and the food was lukewarm warm and not hot. The meals are very pricey and I feel the service could have been much better. We all were unhappy with our experience, especially because we’re celebrating a special occasion.

I never want any of my guests to be unhappy for any reason and I feel terribly that I did not recognize your unhappiness last night. If I had known, or realized, that you were having a bad experience, I certainly would have done all things possible to rectify the situation and make it right for you all. I truly apologize that we failed you and the birthday celebration. We are here to serve our guests and make people happy. When we fail we do take it to heart, try to learn and seek to improve.
