   I gave this a one star which is odd for me because I loved coming to flemings for special occasions. First the hostess was nice and welcomed us with open arms. Once we sat we were greeted immediately by the server and he received our drink order . We order a bottle of Prosecco which we were served a open bottle which is very inappropriate coming from a service industry worker if they did not have a full bottle the most respectable thing to do is return to the table and say we do not have a full bottle would you like a glass instead or upsell another sparkling wine. Next he took our food order and I wanted to just start with an appetizer because this was our anniversary dinner and we wanted to sip on our drinks over conversation then precede to order our entrees. Once the entree order was in we never seen the server until he wanted to ask about desserts mind you we didn’t receive water until I got frustrated and asked were we ever going to receive water. I understand some server are ignorant and believe all blacks don’t tip so we are just going to serve them any type of way but last night our bill was $300 plus dollars and I didn’t feel welcomed in this establishment. I’ve been before and had a great time but the service was trash and the food was bland and sides where lukewarm. Instead of causing a scene I paid the bill and left very disappointed

   I really loved it here , I made reservation on the app for 5:30pm and once we arrived we waited about 5-6 minutes to be seated. The attire of all the employees reminds you that YOU are the GUEST and it's all about the experience! Our waitress I hate that I can remember his name - but he was very nice , and patient as we were from out of state and some things on the menu we have not tried and had a few questions about he did not hesitate to explain in detail( that was major because I hate short talk if I ask a question). The price you pay is what you get! Meaning go to Applebees if you want a lower price for lower quality meat, this place served me an outstanding medium rare 11oz. steak and it was great! Nice outside , tender and juicy inside! Perfect seasoning , and still hot once I received it , as was everything we had ( barbecue glazed salmon and a shareable loaded baked potato ). I recommend to try this nice ambient dining experience if you prioritize your experience and moneys worth!

   Food was phenomenal. Everything was good! Best steak and lobster and cheese in the city. Bread is fresh and soft. Will pay for it but worth every penny.

   Absolutely amazing, the service and food was superb. Not to mention, the staff handled the New Year’s celebrations flawlessly.

   Great food and atmosphere, however our waiter obviously was trying to move us off the table as soon as possible. He brought the bill and tried to take it multiple times while we were still eating and finishing drinks. It left a bad taste in our mouths.

   It was crowded because it was New Year’s Eve, but the noise level was so high we had to scream to be heard across our table.

   Our food was delicious, my uncle said he loved the ribeye. Service was very fast and excellent. I will definitely be back again!
