Disappointing experience at the new location, over cooked steak, mediocre service , with an expensive price tag. Didn’t even include a birthday dessert after 2 were ordered and it was noted multiple times there was a birthday.

First time ever that service was not at the usual level. Server was pleasant but somewhat inattentive. Example: clearing the table of finished plates was incredibly slow. When the main course was delivered the individual moved the dirty plates to place the meal and then left the dirty plates. Very unusual for this restaurant and not what was expected. Maybe temp help during the holidays?

We celebrated our Losada Vision Christmas party and we had a great time. Service was exquisite Megan was our server and the quality was incredible as usual. We really enjoyed the experience! We love the Fleming’s brand and we will continue to return. The new flagship is beautiful!
