we were VERY disappointed - i called the night before to confirm a table in a quiet area if possible and was advised we'd be taken care of and that our reservation time should be OK for that - we arrived and the noise level was deafening and it was elbow-to-elbow crowded - we were offered outside seating but it was freezing - so we accepted an inside table and i had to wear my jacket and mittens for the entire meal plus i couldn't have a conversation with the person i was with due to the noise level - we specifically selected this restaurant for it's mussels but there was no way i could take off my mittens to eat them -and being a rainy night we were not able to go wondering around looking for another place to dine - i understand some restaurants get very crowded but i called the night before and was not advised properly - their entire upstairs had an event going on which decreased the seating availability significantly and if i'd been told that when i called the night before i would definitely NOT have selected this restaurant- our waiter, Jack, was kind and understanding, but all the "managers" we were involved with about the misinformation we received the night before didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience or anything to accommodate us any better - i hesitate to return even tho we enjoyed the mussels in the past

Outstanding from start to finish. A+. The Baba popup (18-22 Nov) was especially delightful.

We dined at Pop Up. Food was beyond delicious service was excellent. I look forward to A new restaurant on UES.

I had to add 2 additional guests to my reservation at the last minute. The staff accommodated us and we sat outside. Our server Aidan was fantastic. The food was delicious as always and the added benefit of having a quiet spot where we could easily talk made for a wonderful dining experience. Thank you

Absolutely delicious! Further, our waiter was amazing, and I can't believe I didn't get his name. A perfect evening.

The restaurant is very nice looking! The staff friendly but overworked! Very crowded and noisy for brunch! Food wonderful!

The food and services was very good .. but the cocktails were extremely disgusting .also just one complaint why are the soft drinks so expensive and no refills.

It's a shame that they closed the other location of Flex Mussels. This one is cramped, loud, and uncomfortable. The waitress had to shout over my shoulder to be heard. The food was not as good as it used to be -- the special mussels were bland. Disappointing.

excellent service by our server Aiden; she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious--crab avocado appetizer and Fra Diavolo mussels and Scampi mussels.
