   Luke (our waiter) was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely professional and efficient. The FOF was fantastic (Elk with truffle Mac n cheese was the favorite). Great value for money. We loved everything.

   Our best friends of 40 years are visiting us and we decided last minute to visit Flight, a restaurant that my wife and I had previously been to. Our server, Lexi, was extremely helpful explaining the menu to our friends and attentive to our requests. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were very good as well. Thanks to Lexi and the staff for a wonderful experience!

   Highest recommendation. Make a reservation and give yourself time to enjoy an outstanding experience. I won’t expound, go see for yourself! Hayden and his trainee, Jordan were exceptional. Enough said.

   In Memphis for 10-12 days, and enjoyed dining here 4 times. Love the"flight" concept, the food, the service, and did I mention the food? Being able get several small portions of appetizers, salads, soups, entrees, desserts, wine, whisky, etc is especially appealing for foodies who want variety (or can't make up their minds, lol). No worries if you're lactose intolerant, a vegetarian or avoid gluten. Just let them know. Personal food faves: deviled eggs w fried oysters, harvest salad, seabass, and lambchops. Suffice to say, I wish they'd come to Houston! Desserts: key lime pie, blueberry strudel, and all of the "southern flight".

   Wife and I 1st anniversary was memorable by the staff environment and wonderful food..the set up allowed us to order several dishes at once so we enjoyed that also the valet parking made it so simple

    We have been to Flight before and really liked it. This time was disappointing. Food was so so , wine by the glass was under par. It’s a fun and vibrant restaurant so hope hope they keep the standards high.
