   Highest recommendation. Make a reservation and give yourself time to enjoy an outstanding experience. I won’t expound, go see for yourself! Hayden and his trainee, Jordan were exceptional. Enough said.

   Wife and I 1st anniversary was memorable by the staff environment and wonderful food..the set up allowed us to order several dishes at once so we enjoyed that also the valet parking made it so simple

   We have been to Flight before and really liked it. This time was disappointing. Food was so so , wine by the glass was under par. It’s a fun and vibrant restaurant so hope hope they keep the standards high.

   I rarely (if ever before) post negative reviews - But. I was excited to try their unique concept. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t there. We enjoyed both the soup & salad flights & the chocolate martini at the end. The entrees were just not very good. The beef dishes were tough and only marginally warm. The fish was overcooked and dry. The veal was tender but tasteless. We also had the wine pairings. The wine was good but arrived about halfway through our meal. It must normally be good based on the # of diners but I suggest you skip this one.

   I loved the concept of the small plate flight. I ended up creating my own. The food was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the Elk with Truffle Mac & Cheese. The Stuffed Quail was quite delicious as well. The portions were larger than I expected. My friends and I had a great experience.

    Dining at Flight exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The cocktails and food flights were exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!
