Service was extremely lack luster. Fried chicken sandwich was awful and rubbery. Bartender or server couldn’t get the drink right. Really sad because this is all new developments from the floras I used to know.

We’re been going to Flora’s for several years. The reduced space and limited menu is not the same Flora’s. The menu options are very limited and not very creative. Mostly sandwiches which we don’t favor for dinner. We loved the old menu and atmosphere. This was one of our go-to places when we didn’t feel like cooking at home. It’s probably coming off our list unfortunately.

Our waitress was friendly but it seems like they're under staffed. We waited a long time for our drink order as well as delivery. Not sure if it's under new management but the menu, service, and food quality is not the same as before. We use to look forward to going there but now we're not sure we will return.

Ty Floras for taking such good care of our group of 9. The food was good and had offerings for our diverse tastes and diets!

I requested an extra hot chai and it was barely Luke warm and overly sweet. Disappointed!

Ate a great brunch before the UofA basketball game today. I had the green goddess omelette and my friend had the French dip. Both w the market potatoes which are awesome. Maybe the best part of the whole experience was our server Serra. Fun cute friendly and very attentive. She provided excellent service. She’s a keeper Flora

We had made reservations for a table of 8. When we arrived, they did not have any record of our reservation. Some mention was made of a missing iPad. Thankfully, there were 2 round tables they were able to push somewhat near each other. If we had arrived just 15 or 20 minutes later, there would have been no tables available. Once we sat down, our service was good as was our food. Good but nothing great. Somewhat noisy as the room filled. Not sure if I will return.

Everything is so fresh and delicious. We came for dinner and the next day, returned for brunch. Service was excellent. Love the open concept.

Amazing! The service, food and ambience were all 5 star. So far my fav spot in Tucson. We will be here every time we visit our wildcat. Happy to find this beautiful venue.
