   The food was fabulous and the staff was attentive and incredibly helpful with suggestions. We have never been disappointed here—or in Puerto Vallarta. Where we first met Chef Miguel.

   We had been to Florio's before and had eaten well there. This time, after ordering a bottle of Argentine wine, the waiter took our orders for dinner. I ordered the rib eye and was told it was not available. Then I ordered the filet mignon and that was not available. Finally the waiter told us the restaurant was completely out of meat. It was a Friday night and it was only 6:45pm. We were very disappointed as we wished the waiter would have told us before we had sat down. We ended up eating pizza, not at all what we were looking forward to in an Argentinian restaurant that boasted about it's wood burning grill.

    This our second visit to the Resturant. Both visits have resulted in 5 stars from us. The service from Max is awesome and very personal. The food is unusual and prepared perfectly. The Argentine steak is brought to the table after you have had time to complete your starter or cocktail. It is important to know that the restaurant is open to the elements so dress accordingly. We will be back again within the next 10 days to sample other offerings on the menu other than beef.
