   Lovely degustation menu. Food was fresh and interesting , particularly enjoyed the quail but all dishes were very well made.

   Our first time here and will definitely be back! We tried almost everything on the menu and the oysters, mussels, quail and eggplant were the standouts.

   The food was exquisite. Genuinely, every dish was excellent and the flavours were so surprising. We attended for my wife's birthday and the team went above and beyond to acknowledge this. All of the considered little details they did made the evening so special. Big thanks to everyone at Flui.

   We dined at Flui on a friend’s recommendation. I’d never even heard of it but I’m thrilled we discovered it. Located on Northbourne Ave across the road from Verity Lane, it’s easy to find. We were greeted by a friendly, professional waitress called Jin. Her service was impeccable and knowledge of the menu and wine list was brilliant. Upon her recommendation we chose a wine that normally we wouldn’t have looked at - but it paired perfectly with our entire meal. The menu is fantastic with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. We enjoyed the house baked Ciabatta with homemade butter, oysters with a yuzu granita, stuffed zucchini flowers, eggplant, crispy fried barramundi, wagyu steak. It was all delicious with the standout being the oysters and the steak. We managed to find room for dessert and upon Jin’s suggestion ordered the ‘orange chili flan, caramel, matcha ice cream’. WOW! What a taste sensation! The decor is modern and funky with the original exposed brick walls a feature. The restaurant was reasonably busy but not full. They are somewhat quiet with all the construction work for light rail deterring customers heading to that part of the city. I highly recommend this restaurant- one of the hidden gems of Canberra dining. Please give it a try.

   Second time I have been - exceptional new restaurant. Food is superb. Interesting alcoholic and non alcoholic options - big bonus points for the latter. Service attentive but not intrusive. Very comfortable venue with wonderful ambiance. At $99 per person for the set menu, you honestly can't go wrong. They can also cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, dairy free etc. Don't think twice - just go!

   Staff were brilliant and the food was brilliant. Timings of the courses were a bit erratic but it was a busy Valentine’s Day evening. We’d come back and recommend it!

    A quiet dinner on a Tuesday night. We were greeted and seated by the very friendly front of house who served us for the night (food and wine). She explained the food and options well and we chose to go a la carte (the fixed menu looked very good and included options but not what we felt like on the night). We chose 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 sides, all to share. They were fabulous - not a foot wrong anywhere. We finished with a dessert to share and it was fantastic. All the food was full of flavour and we'll presented. We chose wine by the glass and had 2. each, both very acceptable. We left we'll satisfied and will definitely be back.
