   Did not stay as they limited their menu even though the items were available. They called it their holiday menu. If that was the case, they should have had a holiday menu. And, they raised their price from a week ago to yesterday for their all you can eat from $47 to $64. Typical greed. Walked out and will not return. Staff has been rude both times I have been there as well!

   I booked the New Years reservation so we could receive the champagne toast which was supposed to be included, we didn’t get that. Didn’t even realize it was midnight, staff did not acknowledge. Had to ask several times for staff to come to our table with meats even though I had the signage on green for them to come. They kept walking pass us. I asked for well done pieces of meat, no one came. I understand it would take a little longer to cook but we went the entire dining time asking for food because no one was coming to our table. Our bill was $216.00 and we didn’t get the service we paid for. I went last year, it was so much better. Extremely disappointed!!! Our waitress was sweet!!

   Most of the meats were dry and chewy, even the medium rare pieces. Not the same quality and quantity of cuts of meats as our previous visits over the past couple of years (for example, filet mignon never came), which is disappointing given the higher price this year for the churrasco experience. Salad bar, cheese bread, and sides were on point. Waiter took my glass to refill my soda but didn’t come back for over half an hour, and when he did come back I had to remind him to bring my soda. We also had to flag down another staff member to refill our water. This restaurant also does not do Apple Pay/tap to pay which is surprising for a national chain restaurant.

   It was a real disappointment to have dinner at Fogo de Chao this evening. My son has been so excited to go for his 19th birthday.. which I put in my open table reservation. My daughter and I ordered salmon and it took almost an hour to get to the table. Drinks were soooo late. Then a 2nd drink was next to impossible to get. The waiter made a vested effort not to make eye contact with us which was a bit unnerving and sad to say the least. Finally the last 20 minutes + we sat there not one person came by with meat to choose from for my son and his dad. Nothing. Despite their green cards being apparent. And too boot, nothing was said about my son’s birthday. Here’s the thing. Restaurants get busy. It is the job of the waiter and manager to acknowledge the wait times. Acknowledge the lack of service. That alone makes it better. But nothing was done. And no compensation was made on the check. I have never been to Fogo de chao and was excited to finally experience it. What a tremendous disappointment and honestly if it wee just me…ok. But my son had to wait for this experience and it was kind of terrible and for a ton of money. Sad to say the least.And it took 2 hours for this pretty terrible experience. It was a lot of time and money and I can’t say anything good other than my son was light hearted enough to find the good in the meats he tried.

   Great experience overall, I love their salad bar and the Picanha. The pineapple old fashioned drink is great too!

    The restaurant itself was fine and the food good BUT, and this is important, a restaurant is only as good as your ability to get in. We made a 7:45pm reservation via Open Table and were seated an hour later just as we were about to give up no longer trusting the “20 minutes wait” or “just a few minutes more” promises. If they’d listen our reservation that would’ve been one thing but that was very much not the case. The receptionist easily found our reservation. At the 45 minute mark she told us that there were still four groups with reservations ahead of ours still unseated, and admitted that they’d heavily overbooked. I’m might try them again, as the food itself was good, but I will not wait next time more than maybe 15 minutes and at that point will not go back.
